FAQ

  • Expect a minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 20. We maintain a limited group size to foster a strong sense of community and provide exclusive access to locations not typically accessible to tourists.

  • We aim to align this experience with your leadership objectives and the required commitment. Given the unique nature of India and its deep spiritual traditions, we also want to ensure that your expectations are sensitized, thereby enabling you to immerse fully in this experience.

  • You will be responsible for booking your round trip air travel. You must arrive in New Delhi a day before the trip. For the return journey, book your flights on or after 8pm local India time on last day of the trip. Pay close attention to time zone differences when making ticket bookings.

  • If you wish to stay longer in India, we can definitely help you plan that trip.

  • A detailed list of essential items to bring with you will be provided once you register for the expedition.

  • During the program, you will engage in activities that will allow you to experience selfless service, and contribute positively to the communities that will welcome us during the sojourn.

  • If you have physical fitness related limitations, please inform us, so we can arrange alternative activities or rest periods for you during the trip.

  • You can exchange currency at New Delhi Airport upon arrival.

  • Check with your cell phone provider for reasonably priced international service in India. If needed, a SIM card can be purchased in India. Travel insurance is mandatory, and we can recommend suitable travel and health insurance plans, some of which cover the entire program cost in case of unforeseen cancellations.
